We care about our products and do our very best to get them to you in their best condition. Unfortunately, it happens sometimes that products are being damaged during transport. If your claim falls within the warranty, we will make sure your item gets repaired or replaced.

You can only claim your complaint here if it hasn’t been claimt anywhere else.
